Product Description

The device consists of a heated metal cylinder, a weighted piston, and a small metal die at the bottom. Plastic pellets or powder go into the heated tube. After the plastic melts, the weighted piston presses down from the top. The machine records the weight of the plastic that squeezes out through the bottom hole over a set time. Higher numbers mean the plastic melts into a thin liquid, while lower numbers mean it stays thick.
